QuickAid Urgent Care of Plano is proudly owned and medically led by board-certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Unlike corporate or absentee-owned urgent care centers, our clinic is built and guided by doctors who actively practice emergency medicine and understand what safe, high-quality urgent care truly requires.
While patients may be seen by experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants during some visits, all clinical care at QuickAid operates under ER physician leadership, protocols, and supervision. This physician-led model ensures consistent standards, thoughtful triage, and appropriate escalation of care when needed.
Our goal is simple: provide the right level of care, at the right time, by the right clinician—without unnecessary emergency room visits, delays, or guesswork.

Dr. Rohan Datta, DO
Dr. Rohan Datta is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who completed his residency training in one of the three busiest emergency departments in the United States, located in New York City. Training in such a high-acuity, high-volume environment provided extensive experience managing a wide range of urgent and complex medical conditions under pressure.
He earned his medical degree from the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine and currently serves patients across multiple Baylor Scott & White Emergency Health Hospitals in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Aubrey, Murphy, Colleyville, and Burleson.
At QuickAid Urgent Care, Dr. Datta remains actively involved in both clinical care and operational oversight, helping guide protocols, support providers, and ensure high standards of diagnostic accuracy and patient safety.

Dr. Tamseela Gurru, MD
Dr. Tamseela Gurru is an emergency medicine physician who trained at a busy Level 1 Trauma Center in New York City, where she gained extensive experience caring for patients with urgent, complex, and time-sensitive medical needs.
She earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and practices emergency medicine in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. In addition to helping lead and manage QuickAid Urgent Care, Dr. Gurru also cares for patients within the Baylor Scott & White Emergency Health System.
Dr. Gurru is actively involved in shaping clinical standards, patient experience, and provider education at QuickAid. She places strong emphasis on communication, patient education, and ensuring patients feel informed and supported throughout their visit.
