SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you provide your mobile phone number and provide consent, UC Medical Group PLLC (operating as QuickAid Urgent Care) may send you text messages related to your care, including but not limited to appointment reminders, care coordination and follow-up communication, test result notifications, billing or operational messages, and other non-urgent healthcare-related communications.
If you separately opt in, you may also receive occasional promotional or informational text messages regarding healthcare services we offer, such as seasonal flu or COVID services, clinic hours, or availability announcements. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our practice, but promotional messages are typically sent no more than once every 1–2 months.

No Guarantee of Immediate Response
We do not guarantee immediate responses to text messages. SMS communication should not be relied upon for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
